BEAM’s fourth annual “Beach Ball” was held Saturday January 25th in Jacksonville, Florida. Sight & Sound Productions provided audio visual services along with beach décor.

This was an elegant under the sea themed social affair where the dress was “black tie optional, flip flops required.”  Attendees enjoyed delicious food, a silent auction as well as a live auction, live entertainment from Cloud 9 and of course, dancing!

BEAM, or Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry, was founded in 1985. The annual ball supports BEAM’s mission of helping families in Jacksonville Beach, and surrounding beach communities, to become more self-sufficient.

In addition to the audio visual and with the help of our sister décor company, Muguwmp Productions, we transformed the venue into an elegant beach experience with moving water lights, fabric screens for the stage, and a beach ball airstar.
