Victoria Staszewski is the Vice President of Marketing at Sight & Sound and Mugwump Productions and joined the team in 2012.

As Vice President of Marketing, she oversees the marketing department and directs the development and delivery of a marketing strategy for both companies, including campaigns, brand strategy and maintenance, sponsorships, internal and external communications, digital marketing, and PR. Since starting with the companies, Victoria has grown into an executive leadership role, has successfully led all efforts for two company re-brands and two website rebuild projects.

Victoria has accomplished many things in her professional career and spends time cultivating professional relationships by being a part of The Associate Board of Ambassadors (ABOA), is a committee member at Catalyst Steering and takes part in the UCF College of Business Mentor Program.

Outside of the office, Victoria loves exploring new cities, taking photos, cruising on the boat and in the fall, showing her Jags pride. Her happy hour drink order is a Bee’s Knees from Valley Smoke!
